Currently the studio is $100 per hour with a two hour minimum, and $80 per hour after the first two hours.

Absolutely everything inside the studio (besides the wooden vintage wardrobe) can be moved pretty easily. All the furniture (yes, even the bed!) is pretty light for the most part and can be moved, giving you full creative freedom!

Full use of the studio space! Including the bed, various chairs and benches, sink and small kitchen, gold vintage inspired floor mirror, desks (great for working or branding photos!), bathroom in the hallway, and access to refreshments in the mini fridge for you and your clients. We also have a backdrop stand and multiple paper backdrops available to you!

If you need an immediate rental please text me at 850-572-5475, If your date is available I will reach out with a booking link & rental agreement! :) A 50% retainer fee of your rental rate is required to book your rental hours, and the remaining balance is due the day before. You will be sent directions to the studio upon booking, and will receive your door code once final payment is received.
